In My final year Master's Thesis during my tenure at San Jose State University I worked on a very interesting project. The project's goal was to identify usability barriers and preferences within mHealth applications, using the WebMD app as a common touchpoint. This involved understanding the specific challenges faced by each age group and exploring how these insights could inform more inclusive design practices.
